Guest Service Executive (Spa)

• Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the Spa Reception Desk. To maintain high quality image of Spa at all time.
  
• To have Spa and Hotel product knowledge.
  
• Must maintain grooming standards at all times.

Guest Service Manager

• Guest Service Manager assists the Front Office Manager with the day to day Front Office operation and serves as a point of contract between guests and Management.
  
• Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation at the Front Office Department.
  
• To do daily patrolling for all area, to report of any unusual activities carried out.
  
• To delegate work and monitor staff activities to ensure high standards of service delivery in all area.
  

Housekeeping Supervisor

• Supervises and inspects cleaning of guest rooms, service areas, corridors and back stairs as assigned, to ensure that high standard of cleanliness are maintained.
  
• Assists in training and direction of Room Attendants in preparing rooms.
