Guest Service Manager assists the Front Office Manager with the day to day Front Office operation and serves as a point of contract between guests and Management.
Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation at the Front Office Department.
To do daily patrolling for all area, to report of any unusual activities carried out.
To delegate work and monitor staff activities to ensure high standards of service delivery in all area.
